Healthy Sleep Shaping

Our overnight doula support prioritizes feeding and sleep—two essential elements for the well-being of your family. By establishing healthy sleep habits, following safe sleep guidelines, and creating an early routine, you’ll be on your way to confidently embracing your new role as parents, whether this is your first child or your fifth.

Nighttime Chores

We will take care of tasks such as laundry, tidying up the nursery, and washing bottles at the beginning of our shift. After that, we will focus on settling your baby for the night. We maintain a calm environment with dim lighting and minimal noise to help your baby learn that nighttime is for rest. As our shift concludes, we’ll wash any bottles used overnight, tidy up once more, and, if time allows, ensure you have a snack or meal before we leave. Our goal is to help you feel rested and prepared for the day ahead.

Overnight Baby Log

Your postpartum doula will maintain a detailed log of everything that occurs during the night, allowing you to rest easy knowing that you’ll be informed about your baby’s activities.
