    • 1 Postpartum Follow-Up Visit

✨ We accept insurance, including Medi-Call, Kaiser Permanente and HealthNet.

  • This first visit is all about connection. We’ll take the time to get to know each other, explore your hopes and expectations for your birth, and talk through any questions or concerns you may have. We'll also begin building a personalized support plan tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and vision for your birth experience. It’s the foundation for the care and trust we’ll build together throughout your journey.

  • This visit is dedicated to strengthening your birth plan and deepening your understanding of what to expect—especially if your birth takes an unexpected turn. We’ll walk through the hospital process, discuss common birth emergencies, and explore the options available to you in each scenario.

You’ll gain clarity on what may be happening in your body and with your baby during these situations, and how to make informed decisions in the moment. Our goal is to prepare you—not just for the birth you hope for, but for the birth that unfolds. Being informed and prepared can make all the difference in your experience and your postpartum recovery.

You’ll also have a safe, judgment-free space to talk through your birth experience and anything you’re feeling — because how you are doing matters just as much as how the baby is doing.

  • Starting at 36 weeks, I’ll be fully available to you for questions, support, and guidance. Whether you need trusted resources, referrals, or simply someone to talk to, I’m just a message or phone call away. We’ll also set up regular check-ins—whether by text or an old-fashioned call—to make sure you feel heard, supported, and confident as you prepare for your birth.

  • When the moment arrives, I’ll be there—whether you’re birthing at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center. Once you call, I’ll join you wherever you are and stay by your side for the entire experience.

Throughout your labor, I’ll offer physical comfort, emotional support, and continuous encouragement. I’ll be there to uplift you, guide you, and help you feel grounded and empowered every step of the way. This is your moment—and I’ll help hold space for it with care and calm.

After your baby is born, I’ll stay for about two hours (or longer, if needed) to help you settle in, begin bonding, and ensure you’re feeling supported before I quietly step out.

  • Within the first two weeks after your baby arrives, we’ll schedule your postpartum visit—a special time for me to check in on you and your growing family. I’ll come to your home for a two-hour visit where we’ll talk through your birth experience, provide personalized lactation support, and check in on your physical and emotional recovery.

We’ll also explore your postpartum goals, answer any questions, and share helpful resources and referrals tailored to your needs. This visit is all about making sure you feel supported, heard, and cared for during this beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) transition into parenthood.

We’ll spend about 60 minutes to an hour getting to know one another, talking through your hopes, concerns, and how I can support you during this exciting time.

You bring the questions — I’ll bring the calm.

  • I’m here to support you physically, emotionally, and mentally as you settle into life with your new baby. From helping you get the rest you need to offering nourishing meals and hands-on support, my goal is to promote healing and comfort during this tender time.

You’ll also have a safe, judgment-free space to talk through your birth experience and anything you’re feeling — because how you are doing matters just as much as how the baby is doing.

  • I love helping new parents feel confident and connected, and that starts with hands-on learning. During our time together, I’ll walk you through the basics of newborn care — from diapering and bathing to swaddling and soothing — with plenty of real-time demonstrations and practical tips to make things feel easy and natural.

I’m also experienced in baby-wearing and familiar with dozens of carrier brands, so I can help you find what’s most comfortable and safe for you and your baby. As your little one grows, I’ll share guidance on how to play, engage, and choose developmentally-appropriate toys and activities to support their growth.

Think of it as having a calm, encouraging baby coach by your side!

  • As a trained Breastfeeding & Lactation Coach, I'm here to support you in finding what works best for you and your baby. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, bottle feeding, or doing a mix of all three — I’ve got you covered.

I’ll help you with proper latch, positioning, and breastfeeding techniques, and offer hands-on support to make feeding feel more comfortable and less overwhelming. I also provide tips for paced bottle feeding, effective burping, and making a personalized pumping plan that fits your lifestyle.

Need help with milk storage or formula prep? I’ve got plenty of practical, judgment-free guidance on that too. Feeding your baby should feel empowering — and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
