Our daytime shifts for newborn care specialists and postpartum doulas last at least 4 hours. This duration allows us to assist you effectively with essential aspects of your recovery and the bonding experience with your baby.
Our daytime postpartum magic includes:Introducing and discussing options for parenting styles, safe sleep, baby wearing, etc.
Formulating short and long term goals
Observing feedings to discuss and trouble-shoot any issues
Helping you build confidence in your parenting skills
Exploring expectations and helping you set up routines
Give you a break to rest, shower and get nourishment. We can also help with meal prep
Assist you with the transition into life with a newborn baby!
During our time together, we can assist you with various tasks or simply provide companionship as you process your birth experience. Our doula services encompass all of these aspects!
